They even threw in the little cardboard piece that comes with the shell packaging.
It kinda looks like an employee used the bag to throw garbage shells in after realizing they were stuck together and they couldn’t pull them apart without breaking. Some other employee saw the bag with the shells and assumed it was the 4-shell order and labeled it and passed it off, lol
